Agreement

By using primestoreoffer.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders and payment

Placing an order sends us a request to buy. We confirm it by email with a secure payment link. Your order is accepted when payment is completed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we will refund any payment in that case.

Prices and promotions

Prices are in US dollars. The PRIME10 code gives 10% off eligible items and does not apply to gift cards. Standard shipping is $6.55 and free on orders of $61.00 or more after discounts. Express shipping is $14.75.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Physical items usually leave our Aliquippa shop within one business day after payment. Delivery times depend on the carrier.

Digital products

Digital codes and gift cards are delivered by email and are subject to the terms of the company that issues them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
